Change skin of the Notifications

Hello everybody

Is there anyway to change the style of the notifications to something like a bubble? Like is shown at the first startup of Q4OS... I wanna make my system fully like old-school Windows :v

The "bubble" notifications are kdialogs passivepopup option and I'm not sure it would be possible to change the system dialogs without re-writing all components that show a dialog, but I haven't really looked into this so am not 100% certain.
