Meltdown/Spectre

I have Q4OS Scorpion (installed on a USB stick, 32 Gb).
Is there anything you can/should do regarding Meltdown/Spectre?

If you are using your stick on multiple systems it would be difficult to overcome any hardware shortcomings but so long as you keep your usb stick up to date with updates it is likely all you will need.
If you are using regular systems you would be well advised to check for hardware (BIOS) updates that will counter these issues (as well as software updates of course).
