You can always set the touchpad to your preference in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-synaptics.conf (if you have synaptics installed) or /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/60-libinput.conf (if you are using libinput (which is default for Scorpion)). There is a post here with some information that might help.

Just playing with LXLE Ubuntu based - used to use it all the time - it has a configuration for trackpad that does exactly as suggested by OP

Hes looking for something a bit more straightforward and GUi based. Ive seen something with an LXDE distro that comes close to what hes referring to.

Plasma 5/Gnome both have very good gui's for this. If I'm not mistaken, XFCE uses the Gnome one as well.

What are the apps in KDE 5 tlmiller? It may be because I havent run a KDE distro on my laptops and didnt notice. I do run XFCE though and dont remember seeing one.

Doesn't come much simpler...........LXLE (LXDE plus bits of others) - my pad doesn't support this stuff AFAIK and I don't use it anyway - thought it may help - probably requires Synaptics driver and may not integrate with TDE directly
