Is some TDE devs team the part same maintainer of Q4OS dev team?

Can I interview about your history a bit?
I don't know what's deep relationship between you 2.
Only I'm sure TDE is KDE3 forked.
Is it the same way like Mint who crafted Cinnamon & Mate that forked out of gnome2
While Panteon is Elementary OS original desktop, While Budgie is Solus original desktop?
I've notice there're only 2 distro in distrowatch that run TDE as their main DE.

TDE themselves also provide repo for many main Linux distritibutions.
But for developments I've seen Q4OS Develop the most new features on TDE.
