How do I lock resolution after set in TDE ?

I have a HP Laptop with intel video chip.

I have to reset and apply the video resolution each time I reboot this computer. The new resolution is applied but goes back to default with next reboot.

Thanks for your help,

Bobby

Re: How do I lock resolution after set in TDE ?

cc,

Its what I have been doing but, it does not stay. Just reverts back to 1024 x 768.  I need to verify next time I use this computer if I am part of Group "video". (per Dai's recommendation). Try again and report back.

Thanks for help it is very much appreciated.

cc, Thanks for letting me know. I have not progressed to the task of installing new drivers to Q4OS (Linux in general). Will look at this next week.
