Potential issue for anyone dual-booting with the proposed updated SBAT

Hi, Just wondered if there is going to be a Debian fix or workaround for anyone dual booting with Windows. On another forum I visit, someone posted a YT video about the issue and that it could lead to GNU/Linux users not being able to boot their computer into GNU/Linux:
