Enable bitmap fonts by default

So emojis aren't rendered properly in Q4OS Trinity, in a website where there is supposed to be an emoji, just the tofu symbol shows up. In idle, emojis render too big, in xfce4-notifyd, there's a box with hexadecimal characters instead of emojis

I think this is the solution..

sudo unlink /etc/fonts/conf.d/70-no-bitmaps-except-emoji.conf
sudo ln -nsf /usr/share/fontconfig/conf.avail/70-yes-bitmaps.conf /etc/fonts/conf.d/70-yes-bitmaps.conf
sudo apt install fonts-noto-color-emoji
