upgrade tool

you should make a tool so when a user installs the new version ie version 6. it can scan and copy the documents,pictures etc into a flash or usb drive and then once installed re copy into the folders. also re install any programs if it can

Yes, it may be quite helpful. We could make a helper tool or script what would more or less help a user to transfer his data on a  new install. It may be also integrated into Desktop profiler some way.

Yes, it's already available, just create a custom profile, see https://www.q4os.org/dqa016.html#boome and apply it upon a new installation, see https://www.q4os.org/dqa016.html#calmr . It's quite easy and straightforward.
