A bit of a strange question

I have a strange question. I had a Q4OS 6.2 image on my computer, but then I saw that 6.3 had been released. I loaded the 6.2 version onto a flash drive. When I saw that 6.3 was available, I decided to check it out of curiosity, and it showed that I had 6.3. My question is, could it be that if I burned 6.2, it automatically switched to 6.3 during installation?
