TDE: Timir Theme for Q4OS

Timir is a minimalist Dark theme for Q4OS Trinity

current package provides
- qtcurve theme for TDE applications
- kcsrc colour scheme for TDE applications 
- kate theme
- kwrite theme
- ark theme
- konqueror theme
- krussader theme
- konsole theme
- custom icewm twin theme
- custom panel configuration
- custom menu configuration
- python IDLE theme

Download: https://codeberg.org/Setuzuna/Timir/raw … ty-1.1.deb
Install via:

sudo apt install ./setuzuna-timir-trinity-1.1.deb

Then select "Timir" in Theme Manager, restart, and enjoy

Let me know if you have any recommendations, I'll release a proper repository when it's stable enough and has more features. If you're gonna share this theme elsewhere then just mention my name as well :3
