difficulty installing MT7603U Wireless USB adaptor on q4os 5.8

Hi,
I have an MT7603u Wireless USB adaptor (Realtek 8812AU/8821AU 802.11ac WLAN Adapter) that is proving difficult to install. It is detected by the lsusb command:

$ lsusb
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 8087:0024 Intel Corp. Integrated Rate Matching Hub
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 005: ID 0bda:0811 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. Realtek 8812AU/8821AU 802.11ac WLAN Adapter [USB Wireless Dual-Band Adapter 2.4/5Ghz]
Bus 001 Device 002: ID 8087:0024 Intel Corp. Integrated Rate Matching Hub
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 002 Device 003: ID 062a:4101 MosArt Semiconductor Corp. Wireless Keyboard/Mouse
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 045e:0040 Microsoft Corp. Wheel Mouse Optical
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

However dmesg, ifconfig and inxi -F commands show nothing related to drivers or chipset.

I have an install disk that includes the drivers however this produced the following errors:

$ sudo make
make -C tools

chipset = mt7603u
cp -f os/linux/Makefile.6 /home/richard/Desktop/DPA/os/linux/Makefile

Any help with this is much appreciated.

Cheers.
