Mouse click animation

How to see the mouse click animation was not clear at all to me (Q4OS 4.13.2-n1, Plasma 5.20.5), because I didn't realise it is a 2-steps operation the first time.
1. Check the appropriate checkbox in System Settings and apply the modification. This needs to be done only once.
2. Use the appropriate shortcut to really enable/disable the animation (it is disabled at least after power-off/power-on).

The default shortcut is [ Meta ] + [ * ]. But if the "*" is obtained as an uppercase character on your keyboard (e.g. French/Belgian), then the shortcut becomes [ Meta ] + [ Shift ] + [ * ].

To summarize, things happen as if the setting is only to enable/disable the shortcut, and only the shortcut itself enables/disables the effect.
