Topic regarding the choice of a profile

Hello everyone, I have a serious question regarding the choice of a profile, the fact is that I read the discussion about memory measurement in this March topic.https://www.q4os.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=5260
I as a simple person did not quite understand the choice of profile, but I have a question then more.When comes such an understanding that the full version is not suitable.Because I looked full and basic version differ by a maximum of 200 mb.Tell me this is such a question, in what cases the full version may not be suitable?

200MB of various daemons and tools in RAM may count for significant performance impact.

If you want increase system performance, or if you dislike the default application set and want to install own one.
