WifI and Bluetooth Issues

Hi! I have been using Q4OS 5 Trinity Edition for around an year now and everything seems to work perfectly except for bluetooth and wifi.
bluetooth works, but bluetooth device keeps disconnecting and reconnecting over n over again every couple minutes. sometimes i need to remove my bluetooth device and add it again to get it work and sometimes i need to run this command to fix it:
sudo bluetoothctl power on

wifi rarely works, sometimes it detects available network and sometimes it doesn't, to get it to work either i need to restart my laptop many times or run these commands:
sudo modprobe -r rtl8821ae
sudo modprobe rtl8821ae
after running these sometimes wifi starts working and sometimes i need to run these commands several times again. sometimes when the wifi is working, it suddenly stops working and i need to run those commends again n connect again to make it work.

-i've been getting these issues in Q4OS 3, Q4OS 4, Q4OS 5 both Live installation and CD installation, in both Plasma and Trinity desktop.
-currently im using latest Q4OS 5 that i installed using the installation CD and its on a dual boot with windows 10. i do not have wifi or bluetooth issues in windows 10 installation.
-i did the basic desktop profile and then installed various software as per my needs.

i have attached report generated by reportq4

Re: WifI and Bluetooth Issues

We recommend you to start here https://www.q4os.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=4698 , especially with "nmtui" tool and post back the result. The issues seems to be hardware dependent and may be caused by Linux drivers issues. You could also expand searching for a fix on complete Debian ecosystem. What works on plain Debian, it will work on Q4OS too.
