swapping Ctrl and Caps Lock (emacs user)

Hi, with Q4OS and the more light-weight desktop (trinity?) what is the simplest way to swap Ctrl and Caps Lock? I couldn't find an option for this in the control panel.

I should mention my install is a bit old - 6 months, at least
