Could KDE power management default to override systemd?

First of all, thank you for a very well done distro.

On my laptop, I had to edit /etc/systemd/logind.conf to fully use the Plasma power management. In the default install, systemd controls the lid and power switch actions. This has been the case with all the recent distros I have tried on this machine.

In future releases, could the default behavior be set so that KDE controls power/suspend/lid buttons?

This request should be resolved in the Q4OS 5.4 release.
