Attempting to run NO-IP on a small ASUS-eee-900 with 2 GB of RAM

So far Apache2 and PHP work quite well on it,
I'm attempting to install a small webserver system (one HTTP app) on
the internet.
     (see  https://www.noip.com/support/knowledgeb … lient-duc/  )
But the No-IP  install balked and gave the following error-
dpkg: error processing archive /home/adminq/noip-duc_3.0.0-beta.6/binaries/noip-duc_3.0.0-beta.6_amd64.deb (--unpack):
package architecture (amd64) does not match system (i386)
Errors were encountered while processing

Any suggestions?

That's a 64 bit package - you have a 32 bit installation.
Unless the tar.gz contained a 32 bit deb (i386) then it isn't going to work.
