Sndio

Q4OS has been great at thinking out of the box in the past. I wonder if you would consider using https://sndio.org/ as sound server and getting rid of all of that jack, pulseaudio, pipewire, etc. cruft that is clogging basically every Linux distro on the planet... Sndio only needs alsa. I came across it on OpenBSD and it is fantastic. A lot of software already supports it on Linux, but some of it will need to be recompiled.
