windows boot manager

Hi, I successfully install q4os using q4os-setup-4.10-r1. But it doesn't appear in windows boot manager, there is only one entry, Windows 11. the option to boot q4os is in the bios, if I boot from this the options are :-

Q4os Desktop
*Windows Boot Manager (on device /dev/sda1)

If I select windows boot manager I get error: relocation failed  press any key to continue.
Can anyone please help?
