About 4 years ago I created a bootable system back up using SystemBack. I am now trying to do a re-install and find that if I use the SystemBack Live option everything works but when I do a System Install with user config files checked I cannot run my app from the command line - I get command not found. Checking forums I find that "command not found" can be caused by a faulty .bashrc file or the application I am trying to run is not installed. Seems strange as both the .bashrc file and the app are on the iso disk as they run in Live mode.
Any suggestions on how I might go about solving this problem would be much appreciated thank you.
I formatted the hardrive with gparted before attempting the re-install.
