Older laptop no longer boots after kernel update

Hello,
I'm brand new here and am very enthusiastic about Q4OS.
But I don't know much about Linux/Debian yet.

After the last two kernel updates, my old laptop no longer opens and hangs when booting.
Older kernels work.
It worked wonderfully before.
I'm afraid it's because of the open source driver "nouveau NV84 3.3" for the NVIDIA G84M [GeForce 8600M GT].

I tried to install the original NVIDIA driver, but it didn't work.
Q4OS does not recognise the old NVIDIA card.
Maybe you can help me here.
Thanks

I'm very excited about 'Q4OS' and glad you chose Debian for it.

Re: Older laptop no longer boots after kernel update

When booting, I get the message:
"Failed loading Kernel Modules see System Status-System Module Load Service for details".
and
"Failed to start NVIDIA Persistence Daemon see Systemctl status nvidia-persistenced.service".
How can I see these details somehow?
