failed to start SMART daemon

hi, my hardware configuration is:
ASUS mini PC PN41
Samsung 980 500GB M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 V-NAND 3bit MLC
Kingston Fury SODIMM DDR4-2933 8192MB

when installing Q4OS I get an error:

failed to start self monitoring and reporting technology (smart) daemon

how can i fix this?

Tried to install Windows 10 - loads without errors
