What is the History of Q4OS?

Hello community!
I've seen a lots of content about this distro, and became amazed of how light and adaptable this distro is.
In my research, i encountered information about what Q4 is and what he does. But I did not found anything related to the history of this system, why it has been created? By who? What was the checkpoints of the developing of the OS throughout this years?
Can someone give me a brief history of Q4OS?
