Disk Management

Hello,

Any recommendations for a disk SW to use ?
I used the windows installer and booted Q4OS, now I want to remove Windows and regain space to be added to Q4OS.
That is without corrupting the Q4OS installation/booting.

Re: Disk Management

did you install the Trinity or the Plasma version?  On the Plasma version, I think partitionmanager is the best disk management software made (it's actually gotten to the point where it's more intuitive of a GUI than gparted, IMO).  If the Trinity version, then gparted since you probably don't want to install all the QT5 libraries needed that come with partitionmanager.  Unless you just want to use the command line parted.  Which is all those 2 programs use anyway, they're just GUI wrappers for parted.  Myself, never was very good at using parted directly, though.
