Q4OS 3.14 r5 Driver(?) for Netis F1 WiFi 6 AX200

Added a Netis F1 (PCIe x1) AX200 wife card in a Dell inspiron 530 (G33M03 motherboard with C2Q (Q6700)) and 8gb RAM. OpenSuse Leap 15.3 configures this NIC, but is unstable over time. Switching to Q4OS. All other hardware (onboard audio, nvidia quadra 4000/2gb (PCIe x16), firewire (PCI) & RS232/serial ports(PCI)) configured during install. No wifi device is available in Network Manager in order to configure a connection. Checking available devices (ip a) shows only loopback and ethernet NIC. Netis sends me to intel for drivers, but all I've found is drivers for Windows.

Finally found firmware/driver on intel's site. Added/updated outside repository and got the AX200 firmware installed; at least it is in the firmware folder. Shutdown/restart and device still not available?

Any suggestions? Or, a step-by-step to get this NIC hardware setup?

Thanks in advance for your help.
