Is it possible to obtain the deb file for .qsi apps like s4-snapshot and palemoon? I prefer having a deb file downloaded just in case

Yes possible. However the qsi installer just installs the .deb package the regular apt/dpkg way, so you really don't need it. If you want .deb still, you can download https://q4os.sourceforge.io/qexarepo/s4 … _amd64.deb

OK -- somehow I missed this thread.
My three recommendations ---
Abiword ---- a perfect word processor without the bloat of Libreoffice etc.
Very similar to wordpad in basic functions - but so much better.
Bleachbit ---- Cross-platform and useful for those looking for a familiar cleaner.
Kolourpaint --- Often neglected - but an easy to use image tool that is similar to MS-Paint - but again - with more useful features.

How do you rate the DuckDuckGo web browser? I'm not sure, but based on the various evaluations it seems to be quite good.

There are some others that I think might be of use to general users but I will leave them for another time.
I know you are busy ![]()
