Ark doesn't work correctly

Opening (a firefox .tar.bz2) file with ark - the archive (files and folders) is shown correctly.
Then click on "Extract": A new (second) Arc window opens (at the location "personel folder") with the error message:

"Fehler - Ark: Prozess kann nicht gestartet werden:"
"The name org.kde.klauncher5 was not provided by any .service files"

This happenes in Orion, 2.7.3.n1

I'm not convinced Ark works, period. I recommend Engrampa.

Ark worked flawlessly in Q4OS 1.x and 2.x (each with Trinity). After the last system update  (to 2.7.3.n1)
i get the error.

My example is probably wrong and harmful.
Q4os 2.7.3.n1 + trinity R14.0.9. I just downloaded firefox-87.0.tar.bz2 for a try, Ark v.2.6.4 unpacked it without any problems.

As soon as this error exists, I would suggest you to use Krusader for archive packing/unpacking. Krusader can perform archive check after packing and before unpacking (attachment).
Also, Q4OS Orion is not supported anymore.

Before asking for help please read this topic: https://www.q4os.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=3502   If you have problems with WiFi network, try to install the Network Manager using Q4OS Software Centre.

Ok, so it seems to be a local issue here on my installation.

Thanks again (my Russian though isn' that good ). Despite the Error-message, extracting the archive is indeed possible here - but it is not possible to select any other folder/location, it's only possible to extract in that folder, where the bz2 archive is located.
So, the problem seems to be somewhere in the GUI/Trinity-frontend.

Downloaded live q4os-2.7-i686pae.r5.iso, updated to 2.7.3-n1, Ark works without issue.
It looks like a bug somewhere in your computer.
