No video thumbnails in Dolphin filemanager

Hi all.
Cannot get any video thumbnails in the Dolphin file manager.
Picture thumbnails are OK.
I'm running Q4OS 3.14-x64.r2 KDE plasma.
Appreciate all help.

What desktop profile did you apply ?

That's Plasma's theme. He's asking you what profile you applied from desktop profiler tool, there are three to choose from:
Full
Basic
Minimal

Which one did you apply? You need to install ffmpegthumbs open konsole and type

sudo apt-get install ffmpegthumbs

Press enter and type in your password when asked, wait for the process to finish, once it is, launch or restart dolphin and go to Control and select configure dolphin or some similar wording - my system's Spanish. In dolphin's settings windows, click on thumbnails/preview and there should be an option video files(ffmpegthumbs) tick the box, click on apply the Ok and now video thumbnails should be available.

P.S: I just realized 1st picture has numbers wrong: 2 should be 3 and 3 should be 2.

Sorry misunderstanding, I applied the Basic profile.

After installed the ffmpegthumbs, I have the video thumbnails back. Thanks a lot Tolkem
