STRG is not working

I installed Q4OS on my laptop (HP-Compac_nc6320) yesterday,
I'm using the 64-bit version.
The problem exists since the first start and only the right CTRL key works.
But I can say that it must work, because I had installed another
Linux distribution a few days ago and there it worked without problems.
First I checked the shortcut installations, but when I pressed the left CTRL key
to create a new shortcut, I could not see any reaction.
On the other hand, the right CTRL/CTRL key works almost normally,
so I can execute classic shortcuts like CTRl+C and CTRL+V without any problems.
Only CTRL+ALT+T(to open a terminal) does not work, but I think this is different problem.

Re: STRG is not working

Problem solved !

I read in other Linux Forums that i have to do some changes in BIOS,
this was the solution.

I had to disable the point „Swap FN/CTRL“.

Quick note here for stating this is a common feature of (some) Lenovo Thinkpads' BIOS -- mine (x220) included, but I never had this problem.
