ksnip to replace ksnapshot-trinity

So, recently put this on my Q4OS machine.  It's basically superior to the old ksnapshot in pretty close to every way, and doesn't require much in the way of dependencies, and is a bit more versatile than ksnapshot (includes very basic marking up and editing abilities).  I think it would be a perfect addition as the default screenshot tool on the Trinity version of Q4OS.
