Apple bluetooth keyboard won't connect
You can see on previous forums how many things I have tried, but it still does not work.

Being an Apple device I would guess (and it is only a guess) that proprietary firmware would be the issue here, Apple do not want anyone else to share there market. Have you had any connections at all?

Found this link which might help, It does say
kbluetooth is obsolete. Current bluetooth GUI of KDE is bluedevil.

On my system bluedevil brings in quite a lot ( 84 ) new packages.
