It's not 1.8.4 version, but just the new Q4OS-RPI release. We have implemented new naming of download files, as the Q4OS versioning doesn't exactly correspond to released download files. Sometimes there are more download releases for one Q4OS version.

Just as a note I think it would make sense to have slightly different version naming for each platform as you could identify architecture more quickly. For instance if someone has a problem and they say they are using version 1.8.4 we would know it is on a Pi, this could be extended to separate 32/64 bit architectures too although I don't know if it might become confusing at some stage.
