Setting up trinity without desktop profiler

Is it possible to setup trinity without using desktop profiler? I know i can just open it from Q4OS welcome screen application and use it but i don't want to like start over with an empty install and i don't think i'm comfortable to not check on the option "Remove superfluous packages". Since Q4OS was based on Debian, then i have to do Debian instructions to do this?

For instance, the Debian instructions on their site for setting up repos doesn't start pretty well due to the fact that i can't use the command `deb` at the terminal so i was mostly left with questions more than answers.

Yes, just install Q4OS and don't use the Desktop profiler at all.
