Desktop Profiler Error

Good day to everyone. I installed successfully Q4OS yesterday on Acer Aspire 1 D270-1865 with the following specifications:
CPU: Intel Atom N2600 (1.6 GHz, 1 Mb L2 cache)
Memory: 1 Gb DDR3 RAM
Storage: 320 Gb HDD

Now, I am trying install applications and the Desktop Profiler inform me to choose the Software Profile. I choose Full featured Desktop and I got this error messge: "Desktop Profiler has been exited with error code:30. Please try to run Desktop Profiler again a few minutes later  again". Tried it several times and even tried install the Basic Desktop but I have the same error message. I tried use "sudo apt update" and "sudo apt upgrade" in the terminal and restarted the OS and tried run the Desktop Profiler. Still, I have the same error message.

Thanks in advance for any help on the matter.

I'm willing to bet that you installed the 64 bit version. Try exactly the same with the 32 bit iso.

Error 30 could show network link unavailable. What is the error message in the main Desktop profiler window please ?
