boot problem

Hi, I can't get past this page on my Q4OS install. Any advice?

That's exactly how it appears. I want to load it from a 8Gb Strontium flash drive onto a 32Gb flashdrive via a new HP Elitebook.

Hello!
You do not need to post your phone number. Nobody will call to you.
I would suggest you to try booting from Q4OS Live before trying to install it, because there might be some hardware incompatibility. Please download Q4OS Centaurus, Trinity, live - 64bit / x64, burn the iso on CD, yes on CD, not on USB Flash drive, because some people succeeded to install Q4OS only from CD. Then try to boot from that CD in Live mode. Do not install, just boot from Live CD.
If it boots, open Konsole, and write inxi -Fz there. Then post the console output here.
This will make us to know your exact system information.

Hi, I copied my message from an email, that's why the phone number appears. I am using a HP Elitebook which has no CD drive. I'll see how I can get around this. Thanks

If you do not have CD drive, then you should write ISO file to USB stick and boot from it. If you have only Windows, then search Google how to correctly write ISO file to USB stick. I do not use Windows since 2015, so I can not help you.
If you have Linux installed on another computer, then the best way described here: https://linuxize.com/post/create-bootab … -on-linux/
There is written about Debian, but it will work for Q4OS too. I have used this method 100500 times, and it always works.

Graphics drivers are not loaded correctly, so we need hardware info to see what could be done. Please run the "inxi -F" command as suggested by @Rademes and post the output here.

I have a similar problem which seems to apply to both 3.12 and 3.13. It seems to apply to more recent hardware. I have successfully installed 3.12 onto a 3 year old (custom made) laptop using i5-3600AH and 16GB ram. With the newer hardware, the installer loads then halts with a console prompt.

Note:   (1) Most of the 24 minutes of uptime were waiting for something to happen,
        then searching for hints from the Forum. Found Rademes (22/1/2021).
        These results were obtained using a 700MB CD as suggested.
        (2) My first attempt was with Q4OS 3.13 -- with similar results.
        (3) Similar results using USB sticks.
        (4) I was able to install v12.1 without any trouble onto an i5-6300HQ laptop
        with 16GiB of ram.
