Panel size change button grayed out.

Got this old Dell Precision from around 2008 running Q4OS Aquarius, Trinity, live - 64bit / x64 and i cant change the size of my panel icons. Tried looking at panel settings then i went into settings > Customize > Icons > Advanced > Panel and the size button is just grayed out and its just the panel icons that is doing this. I am a noob to linux so sorry if the answer is like super simple but i would appreciate the help.

Re: Panel size change button grayed out.

Alright so i fixed it by just using small icons and changing the size of the small icons. Not the best fix but it works and my icons are in a seeable size now.
