Is there maximum HDD size supported by Q4OS Gemini Trinity 32bit?

I installed on 240GB HDD but fail to but with error attempt to read or write outside of hd0 and go to grub rescue.
I google around and try whatever suggestion available without success.
Then I come across someone mention he has boot problem if boot partition is at the end of the drive.
I partition my 240GB HDD into 2 (100GB and 140GB) and install Q4OS on 100GB partition. It resolve the problem.

Not sure what happen but it seem that I cannot install Q4OS on large HDD.

Q4OS 32bit should be installable on 240GB partition. As Q4OS is Debian actually, you could try to find some info for the plain 32bit Debian as well. If Debian would be installable on any hardware, Q4OS will be installable too indeed.
