KDE or TDE? If KDE, open system settings and click on appearance > icons there should be an option to configure the size, if there's not, click on advanced and look for the option to do what you want there. No idea how to in TDE, sorry.

Re: Icon size toolbar

First of all you need to open Konsole and run

sudo kcmodules --unlock

That will allow you to access all the config tools.
Then go to Control Centre>Appearance and Themes>Icons>Advanced
There you can select the icon size for the toolbar.

However that is purely for TDE/Trinity applications. So, it will affect Konqueror or Kwrite or other TDE specific programs

Abiword is a GTK program and so will not be affected by these changes.

https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/GTK gives useful insight into configuration for GTK2 and GTK3. However it is a bit trickier with TDE as it uses a different config file naming system. Coupled with the shift to GTK3 in Bullseye/Gemini it is only going to get harder working with configs.
