An interesting situation arose!
Periodically, there was a refusal to ping sites other than the Internet segment of my country. For example, google.com.
Only restarting the computer helped. It turned out that the 8th channel is used by three more of my neighbors (although their signal is 20 dB lower than mine).
The problem was solved by choosing another channel, as free as possible.
For Linux there is an analogue of Wifi Analyzer, the LinSSID program (https://sourceforge.net/projects/linssid/), works great, even with Q4OS 2.7.
