Well, you need to setup RTC local time to the correct UTC value 16: something. You need to reboot, enter hardware Bios and set the time up.

I did it and it worked! So it was a BIOS error. Now it shows no more that error notice. I already updated the old Firefox and Chrome. Thank you for bearing with me and helping me out of this issue I was struggling with!
