I can't create a web link from the desktop

Hello.
I have a small problem on all desktops where I have Q4OS installed. I tried to create a web link from the desktop with right click, create link. When I create the link the mouse becomes blinking and the system gives me an error without creating the link and I have to log out of the session. I would appreciate help to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

What desktop do you use, Plasma, Trinity, other ?

Hi Q4OS Support,
Thank you to help me. The problem is in the Trinity Desktop because in the Plasma one I didn't try. In two of the laptops with 64bits (I installed it by inertia and it works very well) get the same problem with the links from the desktop. In the others ones with 32bits, the same problem. I will appreciate your help. Thank you.
