Brithness in start TDE

Every time I log into TDE, the brightness of my laptop is to the maximum, which forces me to manually lower it. How do I start with a lower brightness level?

Welcome to the forum

Find the “tdepowersave” icon in the system tray, hover your mouse over it, and adjust the brightness by scrolling the mouse wheel. Once you have set it to your liking, log out or reboot.
