Q4OS 7 Perseus, testing release

The live media of the testing Q4OS version 'Perseus', are available for
download. Q4OS 7 Perseus is based on the Debian 'Forky' development branch,
it will be in development until Forky becomes stable, and it's intended to be
a long term support release, supported for at least five years from the
official release date.

Both desktop editions are released as 64bit live media.
- Plasma 6.7.4 and Trinity 14.1.7 preliminary stable edition.
- Linux kernel 7.1.8
- Calamares 3.3.14 installer

Everyone is welcome to download, test and report any experience.
The live media are immediately available for download from the
testing releases page:
https://www.q4os.org/downloads2.html

Keep in mind we don't recommend to use testing versions in production
environments.
