Kernel upgrade to 4.7 [SOLVED]

Hi

apologies if this is shown somewhere else - I cannot find it.

How do I upgrade the kernel to 4.7 for example.

edit:  Will I have to un-install Nvidia drivers first as well ?

Many thanks for the link.  I need it for my nvme ssd card which is currently not seen by Q4OS.

OK that worked very well. Thank you and I am now on kernel 4.8.11-1.   However gparted it is still not seeing my nvme ssd.
I will now search the forums and the website for further info

edit:  Interesting:-  using blkid does see nvme0n1 drive
