Re: I can not download the Spanish language

You probably need to set system wide environment variables. Open the /etc/environment file with your favorite editor. Add the following lines, modifying appropriately. You must duplicate in both upper-case and lower-case because (unfortunately) some programs only look for one or the other:
http_proxy="http://myproxy.server.com:8080/"
https_proxy="http://myproxy.server.com:8080/"
ftp_proxy="http://myproxy.server.com:8080/"
no_proxy="localhost,127.0.0.1,localaddress,.localdomain.com"
HTTP_PROXY="http://myproxy.server.com:8080/"
HTTPS_PROXY="http://myproxy.server.com:8080/"
FTP_PROXY="http://myproxy.server.com:8080/"
NO_PROXY="localhost,127.0.0.1,localaddress,.localdomain.com"

APT package management system will not obey the environment variables when used normally with sudo. So separately configure them; create a file called 95proxies in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/, and include the following:
Acquire::http::proxy "http://myproxy.server.com:8080/";
Acquire::ftp::proxy "ftp://myproxy.server.com:8080/";
Acquire::https::proxy "https://myproxy.server.com:8080/";

Finally, reboot to make sure the changes take effect.

Re: I can not download the Spanish language

Have you even tried this on terminal?

Don't forget that install language is not enough for any debian based
What is lack is font that why it doesn't display like you want.
Debian itself doesn't have gnome-language-selector like Ubuntu.

For example I've install Japanese language & font by:
1. Open terminal & type these 3
LANG="ja_JA.UTF-8"
export LANG=ja_JA.UTF-8
dpkg-reconfigure locales

If yours are spain would be "es" right? so just change all ja_JA to es_ES like this:
LANG="es_ES.UTF-8"
export LANG=es_ES.UTF-8
dpkg-reconfigure locales

2. Once you're in locales find your language & type [spacebar] to select & hit [Enter]
Sample for Japanese: ja_JA.UTF-8 UTF8
Your would be:es_ES.UTF-8 UTF8

3. Once you're install language selection room if you want your whole system wide choose your langauge & hit [Enter]
If you want English back you can type "dpkg-reconfigure locales" any time on terminal to access locales.

3. Once you've change language system.... next is to install fonts

For example Japanese would be:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install xfonts-unifont xfonts-intl-japanese xfonts-intl-japanese-big

For yours would be:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install xfonts-traditional xfonts-unifont

PS.
If you can't survive about change/add language & install fonts you can't survive on any Debian based distro.
I used to gave up on Q4OS because of missing language & fonts once like you do now I've got this solution.

Re: I can not download the Spanish language

Adding extra language is very straightforward in Q4OS, exact procedure you will find here http://q4os.org/dqa007.html#inter . It will take all the necessary steps automatically, including environment variables configuration, as well as ''dpkg-reconfigure'' command proceeding.

Note, you need a functional Internet connection. We suppose, the main problem are some odd proxy settings. If you would like to try to resolve the issue, let http://q4os.org/dqa007.html#inter procedure a try and put error messages and feedback here, we will keep assist to you.
