Save window size and position

Hi all,

when I open a window and maximize it is there a way that Trinity saves the last state of the window size/position and opens it the same way on next launch? e.g. open Firefox / maximize / close Firefox / start again: Firefox starts maximized this time.

Greetings
Marcus

Re: Save window size and position

If you right click the very top of the application window and select Advanced -> Special Window Settings you can customise that application window settings to make it open in the same place and same dimensions as you would prefer or make it remember the last used settings.

Re: Save window size and position

Great, thanks for the hint. Is there a way to define globally that the last saved state should be used (like it is default in other windowmanagers e.g. Xfce)?

Hmmm... Not sure about that, I cannot see anywhere to set it but maybe the Q4OS Team will let us know if it is possible to set it globally.

As far as we know, there is no such global option in TDE settings available.
