Grub aestetic problem

Dear, I am new to Q4OS and I like very very much this distro.
I installed it in 3 very old laptops where the installation is almost identical, with q4os (DE xfce) and win7.
I have some little problems: the 1st one is concerning the very first splash that appears when I switch on the pc: the grub menu appears in a blue rectangle that I dont like.
II tried to put an image in various format (ex.: photo123.png) in the /boot/grub/ directory, as I did in the Ubuntu based distros, with no effect.
My second try was to install the program Grub Customizer, that shows me the image I want to have in the bottom box, but unfortunately when I reboot the pc I continue to have the blue rectangle that I dont like :-)
The above is absolutely a minor issue and I think that Q4OS will be my main operating system in the foreseable future, in any case if there is a solution for the problem I will be grateful.
Kind Regards

Re: Grub aestetic problem

I point out that now my q4os is 2.7: the same problem applied to me also in 2.5 and 2.6
